Sending your order to someone special?
By adding the Urban Ranch Gift Wrapping option we shall enclose your order in purple tissue paper and wrap it with our beautiful branded ribbon.
You will also be able to add an optional and free card message which we shall hand write on a card.
Orders placed before midday on working days will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after midday will be shipped next working day.
We offer the following shipping rates:
- UK 1st class Royal Mail Delivery (1-2 working days) - £4.99
- UK 2nd class Royal Mail Delivery (2-3 working days) - £3.99
- Tracked 24 hour Delivery (1 working day) - £6.99
- Europe Standard Delivery (7-10 working days) - £16.00
- USA Standard Royal Mail Delivery (7-10 working days) - £20.00
- Rest of the world Delivery (10-12 working days) - £25.00
All returns must be within 14 days from the order date. No returns after 14 days from order date will be accepted.
No refunds are issued if returned products are found to be damaged or used in any way.
